  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups zucchini noodles


  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes, until sauce has thickened.
  7. Add chicken back to the skillet and stir to coat with sauce.
  8. Serve over zucchini noodles.

2. Keto Meatballs


  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce.

3. Keto Cauliflower Fried Rice


  • 1 head cauliflower, grated
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add cauliflower and stir to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until cauliflower is tender.
  6. Push cauliflower mixture to the side of the skillet and add eggs.
  7. Scramble eggs until cooked through.
  8. Stir eggs into cauliflower mixture.
  9. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  10. Serve hot.
